Willow River Antiques is owned and operated by Dave Bashline and Donald Lewis. Both of whom are long time collectors. Donald is President of the IVES Train Society, and a long time member of the Train Collectors Association. Don has been collecting prewar trains since 1976 and specializes in IVES, Dorfan, and early period Lionel. Dave is a third generation collector, a board member of the IVES Train Society and a member of the Train Collectors Association. Dave specializes in IVES trains. We are very knowledgable on all prewar production with over 60 years combined experience! You can rest assured our descriptions are accurate. How to order
All orders can be placed via the website. Please feel free to contact us with offers. We will always respond. We accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Personal Checks. We are not set up to accept credit card payment, however you can use a credit card through PayPal. We ship all items as soon as possible. Usually within 3 business days of cleared payment. Smaller items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Larger items will post via UPS or FedEx. We will email you tracking information as soon as your item is on the way. We do charge 6% PA sales tax on items shipping to a PA address. We are always happy to accommodate any special shipping requests. Note that items are sold as-is and no guarantees are expressed on operation or mechanical condition. If you need to know the operational status of an item, we will be happy to test it for you.
We wish all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. In the event of an issue please contact us so that we may discuss the issue. We provide a 3 day inspection period from the date the item is delivered to you. We must be notified of any returns, and must receive them within one week of that notification. Once we receive the item we will inspect it to make sure it arrives back in the same condition in which it left. If all is well we will immediately process your refund for purchase price. We will never give a partial refund, and are not responsible to refund postage fees. No returns will be granted on the basis of operational issues with a piece.
